Dear pet parents, today let's take a look at the absorption performance test of one of the essential pet supplies - disposable pet pads!
Step 1: Measure the Original Weight
Before the test begins, we first weighed the pet pad and recorded its original weight. This step is to accurately calculate the water absorption of the pet pad later on.
Step 2: Soak in Saline Solution for 30 Minutes
Next, we completely submerged the pet pad in saline solution and soaked it for a full 30 minutes. Why did we choose saline solution? This is because the components of saline solution are similar to the body fluids of pets, which can more realistically simulate the environment of pet urine and make the test results more accurate.
Step 3: Drain for 10 Minutes
After soaking, we took the pet pad out of the saline solution and let it drain naturally for 10 minutes. This step is mainly to remove the excess water on the surface of the pet pad, so that its water absorption is closer to the actual state when it is used.
Step 4: Measure the Weight After Absorption
After 10 minutes of draining, we weighed the pet pad again. By comparing the weight difference before and after absorption, we can accurately calculate the water absorption of the pet pad.
Step 5: Measure the Retained Water After Spinning Dry
Finally, we spun the pet pad dry and then measured its weight again. This step is to understand how much water the pet pad can still retain after being spun dry. This is very important for the practicality of the pet pad, as we hope it can be easily disposed of after use while still maintaining a certain level of water absorption.
We understand the important position of pets in the family. Every pet parent wants to provide the best living environment for their furry children. Therefore, we have always adhered to high standards and strict requirements to ensure that each product can meet the needs of pet parents.
